How We Approach
Metal & Wood Framing
Layout, Track & Stud Spacing
Wall lines snapped, track set, and studs spaced per drawings (16 or 24 OC, with adjusted spacing for load-bearing or high walls). Openings framed with proper headers and king studs.
Sheathing, Blocking & Bracing
Sheathing applied where required, blocking installed for cabinets, grab bars, casework, and TV mounts. Lateral bracing on tall walls per engineer spec.
Inspection & Hand-Off to Trades
Frame inspected against drawings and code. Trades (MEP, drywall) hand-off coordinated — they walk into a frame that's straight and ready to work in.
