Every job is different. Here's what we look at when we put together your estimate — so there are no surprises on job day.
Total wall area (length × height)
Block size — 6", 8", 10", 12" — and any specialty units (split-face, ground-face)
Reinforcement schedule — bar size, spacing, grout cells
Openings — number, size, lintel type
Fire rating and acoustic performance requirements
Finish — exposed block, parge coat, plaster, stucco, or other applied finish

How We Approach
CMU Walls
Layout, Footings & First Course
Wall line set, footings verified, and first course laid level and plumb against snapped lines. The first course controls the rest of the wall — never rushed.
Course Up, Reinforce & Grout
CMU coursed up with bond beam, lintels over openings, and vertical/horizontal reinforcement per engineer. Grout placed in reinforced cells with proper consolidation.
Cap, Inspect & Hand-Off
Top course, bond beam, and cap installed. Inspected before sheathing, finish, or backfill. Owner walk before finish scope begins.
