How We Approach
Concrete Repairs & New Installation
Site Prep & Form Layout
Subgrade prep, compaction, vapor barrier, and rebar or post-tension layout to engineer spec. Forms set and verified before pour.
Pour, Place & Finish
Concrete placed and consolidated against the form. Finish — broom, trowel, stamped, exposed aggregate — per the spec. Control joints saw-cut at proper timing.
Cure, Seal & Inspect
Wet cure, curing compound, or covered cure per the spec. Sealer applied at proper substrate moisture. Walk-through with the owner under final loading conditions.
